2010 World Cup : Match Day 3 Highlights

There was three matches played on the third day of the 2010 World Cup Finals.The first match was between Algeria and Slovenia from group C.The second and the third match was from group D between Serbia and Ghana while Germany versus Australia.

GROUP C

ALGERIA VS SLOVENIA (0-1)

79th minute shot from Robert Koren enough for Slovenia to take three points from they first match in 2010 World Cup.Algeria’s goalkeeper should be saving the shot.

The match also saw Abdelkader Ghezzal sent off after just 14 minutes came in as a subtitute.

GROUP D
GHANA VS SERBIA (1-0)
a full of fighting spirit match.A red card had shown to Aleksandar Lukovic.

Ghana stealed the chance and scored a goal through penalty from Asamoah Gyan after Serbia’s defender handled ball in D-area.

GERMANY VS AUSTRALIA (4-0)

Germany was the first team to score more than two goals in 2010 Fifa World Cup Finals.Acomfortabel win for them.This match also had a red card.

The first goal was scored by Lukas Podolski.

Second goal scored by Miroslav Klose with a superb header.

While the third goal scored by youngster Thomas Muller.It was his first senior goal.And the last goal scored by Cacau.
