Carling Cup:Rooney's Goal Sends Red Devils To Wembley

Wayne Rooney’s stoppage time goal against Man City booked Man Utd a place in 09/10 Carling Cup Final at Wembley.The derby match was a exciting match for all football fans.

The Red Devils started they match with 4-3-3 formation.The first half was not so good when the two teams played safely.The second was started with an incident when Man City’s Craig Bellamy was thrown with coins and bottles when taking a corner kick.

Man Utd started they goals at 52th minute when Paul Scholes tries a bullet shot and that was slightly reflected Zabaleta.Even Shay Given can only stand see the ball going into the net.Scholes celebrated the goal with midfield partners,Carrick and Fletcher.

Red Devils second goal came on 71th minute when Michael Carrick took opportunity in front of goal with grounder ball.The goal was assisted by Fletcher.

Man Utd’s just enjoy they 3-2 lead aggregate for five minute when on 76th minutes Carlos Tevez scored a goal to make the aggregate 3-3.That was his third goals against Man Utd.

In 88th minute,Antonio Valencia replaced Luis Nani.Rooney made the damage to the City when his scored the third goal with a header goal after Giggs made a good cross.The goal was enough to send Man Utd to Wembley.
