Good morning, folks. It is early morning here.We won 3-1 against Middlesbrough. Both team started with mixture of young and senior players. Man Utd had Giggs, Vidic, Brown, Ronaldo,Nani, O’Shea and the young starts waere Welbeck, Amos, Rafael, Anderson, Possebon. Later in the game, Manucho and Gibson given chance to shine. Tevez also played after missing the Chelsea game.

Ronaldo started scoring as usual, first goal after his injury comeback. He is nearing his match fit I guess. Glad to see his goal and a bit disappointing on him for adding his tally. The game was much shined by Possebon and Rafael, the two young Brazilian star. Possebon showed calm and class midfield act to control the game. Rafael did a bunch tackle and intercept adding his attacking capability through the game was very incoming.

Giggs score the 2nd goal with cheeky chip over the keeper. A good outing for him after few game with below reputation performances. Nani added the 3rd in the injury time with good individual display, beating the keeper in his way to the goal. Manucho and Tevez involved in the game play lead the goal.

Boro scored the equalizing goal in the second half through top D effort by Johnson. Good effort from him. It could be defense error as I guess Brown, Captain of the Day try to poke the shot and made Amos lost his eye on the ball.

The worst incident of the day was injury to Possebon. Boro Captain, Pogatetz was send off for a horrible  tackle on Possebon. He was stretched to hospital as report from ManUtd.com. Really bad day for him even though he shined in the game.
