Man Utd defenders Wes Brown and John O’shea has left Man Utd and joined sunderland early tihs week.the fee for wes brown is reported around 7 million and John O ‘shea was undisclosed.
A successful completion of both deals would take Black Cats’ manager Steve Bruce’s summer signings to date to eight.Bruce targeted the pair — as well as midfielder Darron Gibson — several weeks ago when Sunderland had a joint bid of more than £12million accepted for the three.
Meanwhile Alex Ferguson wants to keep Park and a one-year extension to his deal that expires in 2012 – with the possibility of a further year – is in the offing.

Man Utd had launched a bid to sign England u-21 defender Phil Jones.The 19 years old defender has also impressed Liverpool,Arsenal and Spurs.
Jones was today undergoing a medical in Manchester ahead of sealing the move.He has become a key player for Rovers and made 28 appearances last season despite being hampered by injuries.

MANCHESTER UNITED legend Paul Scholes has retired from football.
The midfielder, 36, decided to hang up his boots after growing increasingly dissatisfied with his bit-part role.
Scholes — who scored 150 goals in 676 appearances — will take up a coaching role at United next season.
The Red Devils have also announced Scholes will have a testimonial match at Old Trafford in August.

Man Utd finally got a replacement for Edwin Van Der Sar who is going to retire after the Champions League match against Barcelona.David De Gea, 20, signed from Atletico Madrid for 18.3 million.
Fergie checked out De Gea when he and United goalkeeping coach Eric Steele went to watch him in action against Valencia back in September. They have been monitoring him ever since.
some as he has been playing regular first-team football for only 18 months.
But Fergie clearly sees something special in the Spain Under-21 star, who has told his Atletico team-mates he is on his way.
